  • How much is the deposit?
    The total booking amount can be paid in full at the time of booking, and must be accompanied with the refundable damage/security deposit amount of £200 You have the option to pay 25% of the full booking fees if your check in date is over 42 days from the time of booking. The balance must be paid so as to arrive no later than six weeks before the commencement of your holiday. If the balance is not received by the due date then your holiday will be treated as a cancellation and you may still remain liable for the balance.
  • How can I pay?
    Methods of payment can be made by a BACS bank transfer. An invoice gets issued and emailed to your email address. OR… If you need anything you just need to call me at 07936595246 to arrange for the payment.
  • Can I pay cash?
    No cash please.
  • How can I cancel my booking?
    Please Note: Due to Covid – 19 situation, we are flexible on cancellations. Full refunds if you notify us up to 1 day prior to check in date that you wish to cancel your booking due to another lockdown. Our cancellation policy prior to Covid – 19 situation is as follows: (With no Covid -19 situation) All cancellations must be notified as soon as possible. If you cancel your holiday more than 6 weeks before it is due to start then your booking payment will be refundable. If you cancel less than 6 weeks prior to the holiday then the deposit is not refundable, (the damage/security deposit will be refundable at any time). If you make a deposit of 25% of your booking fees and decided to cancel 6 weeks prior to your check in date you will be refunded the full 25%. If you decide to cancel less than 6 weeks to your check in date then that deposit will be non-refundable
  • What is the damage/security deposit?
    Damage/security deposit – In making a booking you accept responsibility for any theft, breakage or damage caused by you or any member of your party and agree to indemnify us in full for any loss that we may incur as a result.
  • Does the The damage/ security deposit get returned to me if no damage is caused?
    The damage/ security deposit will be returned within 10 days of the end of your holiday less the cost of damage/breakages if any.
  • What is the maximum number of guests?
    The maximum number of people using the accommodation at any time must not exceed 12 + 2 infints upon request so we can set up travel cot beds. Only those people listed on the booking form can occupy the property. We reserve the right to terminate the booking without notice and without refund in case of a breach of this condition
  • Who can book?
    Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under twenty one years of age.
  • Do you allow pets?
    No sorry no pets are allowed anywhere inside the premises, otherwise it will result in immediate termination of occupancy and forfeiture of all payments. This must be strictly adhered to and any damage or extra cleaning caused by pets will be at the expense of the lead booker.
  • Is smoking allowed inside the house?
    Smoking / Vaping anywhere inside the premises are not allowed otherwise it will result in immediate termination of occupancy and forfeiture of all payments. This must be strictly adhered to and any damage or extra cleaning caused by smoking will be at the expense of the lead booker. However, there are designated smoking areas outside the house.
  • What is the check in / check out time?
    Access to the house is from 5:00 pm unless otherwise agreed and guests are required to vacate the house by 9:00 am on the day of departure. This allows the accommodation to be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for incoming guests, especialy with the current Covid 19 situation.
  • Are we required to do anything upon our departure?
    Upon your departure, it would be appreciated if our guests could empty the bins, strip used beds and clean any dirty dishes.
  • What should we do if any damage is caused?
    Please treat the house with due care so that other guests may continue to enjoy their stay. In the event that you notice damage in the house, please let us know immediately so that we can take the appropriate action. If there have been any breakages during your stay, we would be grateful if you could advise us before you leave. The accommodation will be inspected at the end of the holiday & you may be charged for any loss or damage found.
  • What happens if we loose the house key?
    In the event that any keys issued are not returned at the end of your stay, then the cost of replacement will be charged to you.
  • Is there Wifi?
    The internet connection is available (at no extra cost) subject to technical availability.
  • Can you set up any baby travel cots?
    2 Travel Cot beds for babies can be set up upon guests reques
  • Are there any baby/toddler high chairs?
    2 High Chairs and 1 booster baby chair.
  • Are there any ironing facilities?
    Yes, we have got Iron board and Irons in each suit
