Is there any Damage security deposits to be paid?

We do require a refundable damage deposit as a security deposit This can either be added to the invoice or pre-authorised on the card and charged after you have completed your stay if damage reported. We prefer to pre-authorising you card if your saty is for 6 days or less. That way you don't have to pay upfront and we don't have an additional task of refunding after your stay. Normally the amount is equivalent to the first nights stay. Please check before booking. The deposits are refunded as soon as the house keeping can go in to check for damages after your have checked out. The Pre-authorisation is active only for 7 days.

How can I pay?

Payment can be made by a BACS bank transfer. An invoice gets issued and emailed to your email address. OR… If you need anything you just need to call me at 07726506888 to arrange for the payment.

Can I pay cash?

No cash please.

What is the cancellation policy?

We allow free cancelation up to 5 days prior to check-in, after this point we retain 50% of the reservation. We retain 100% of the reservation for ‘no-shows’ who do not turn up for their reservation by midnight on the day of check-in .

What is the damage/security deposit?

Damage/security deposit – In making a booking you accept responsibility for any theft, breakage or damage caused by you or any member of your party and agree to indemnify us in full for any loss that we may incur as a result.

Does the The damage/ security deposit get returned to me if no damage is caused?

The damage/ security deposit will be returned within 3 days of the end of your holiday less the cost of damage/breakages if any.

What is the maximum number of guests?

All rooms are double occupancy. So depending on if you have booked the whole place or multiple rooms, the maximum number of guest will be 12 at any point in time Only those people listed on the booking form can occupy the property. We reserve the right to terminate the booking without notice and without refund in case of a breach of this condition

Who can book?

Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under twenty one years of age.

Do you allow pets?

No sorry no pets are allowed anywhere inside the premises, otherwise it will result in immediate termination of occupancy and forfeiture of all payments. This must be strictly adhered to and any damage or extra cleaning caused by pets will be at the expense of the lead booker.

Is smoking allowed inside the house?

Smoking / Vaping anywhere inside the premises are not allowed otherwise it will result in immediate termination of occupancy and forfeiture of all payments. This must be strictly adhered to and any damage or extra cleaning caused by smoking will be at the expense of the lead booker.

What is the check in / check out time?

Access to the house is from 5:00 pm unless otherwise agreed and guests are required to vacate the house by 10:00 am on the day of departure. This allows the accommodation to be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for incoming guests, especialy with the current Covid 19 situation. Please check if you want to check in early

Are we required to do anything upon our departure?

Upon your departure, it would be appreciated if our guests could empty the bins, strip used beds and clean any dirty dishes.

What should you do if any damage is caused?

Please treat the property with due care so that other guests may continue to enjoy their stay. In the event that you notice damage in the house, please let us know immediately so that we can take the appropriate action. If there have been any breakages during your stay, we would be grateful if you could advise us before you leave. The accommodation will be inspected after checkout & you may be charged for any loss or damage found.

What happens if we loose the house key?

In the event that any keys issued are not returned at the end of your stay, then the cost of replacement will be charged to you. These keys are security keys and cannot be duplicated and have to be ordered from the original factory, so please keep them safe.

Is there Wifi?

The internet connection is available (at no extra cost) subject to technical availability.

Are there any ironing facilities?

Yes, we have got Iron board and Irons

What if I find your property cheaper on Airbnb?

We promise to always be at least 5% cheaper than Airbnb when you book direct – we will beat any travel sites price! Simply message or phone us to arrange this!
